If you have received your order and something is wrong, damaged or faulty, or you have installed your product and it is not working the way you would have hoped, then please let us know by completing the form below.

We may need to see some photographs so that we can better understand the problem. These can be emailed in advance to sales@pulleymaid.com or by replying to your confirmation email.
