dispatch unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are
per order and delivery to the UK mainland is free when
spending over £100 pounds, or when any of our
promotional items are included. Please note that delivery
times are given as a guideline only, and that we would
advise customers to allow up to 14 days for their order

us which is not suitable or you have simply changed
your mind and would like to exchange it for something
else, please let us know and we will be happy to assist

Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason,
you may do this at any time, and up to 14 days after
you have received the goods. Alls we ask is that you
notify us in writing within this time period and that
any goods which have been delivered are returned to
us unused and still in their original packaging.
We will refund the full cost of the item or if you
are returning the whole order, we will refund the full
amount, including any postage costs paid.
