Payment
Payments will be taken at the time of purchase and must be received in full before an item can be dispatched. All payments either made online or over the telephone are processed using a secure online gateway and we will not keep any of your financial information

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items with 48 hours of purchase and orders are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that this is a guideline only and that delivery may take up to 14 days during busy periods

Please endeavour to provide an address where delivery can be excepted between the hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful, a card will be left to notify you of this. It is important that you reply to this as soon as possible to arrange redelivery free of charge.

If an item has been returned to us as due to a non response to this card we will re despatch accordingly, but hold the rite to charge additional postage for this. Occasionally items will be shipped as a consignment (two parcels as one) and please make sure you have received all parcels before signing for the complete consignment.

Returns
Once you have received your item, please inspect the package and all its component. If any of the components are damaged, faulty or incomplete please notify us immediately.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product after 14 days you may return your purchase for a refund of the cost of the item minus postage and packaging. Except in exceptional circumstances returning the item and any costs incurred will be your responsibility.

No UK Purchases
With regret, we are unable to ship our products outside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
